Dear Mr. Fernando

"I recently bought a pack of Dilmah tea and really enjoyed it. My wife and I live in Canada, and are originally from the UK, so we are big tea drinkers.

I will look out for your tea the next time I need to get some tea bags!

May the Lord Jesus Christ richly bless you

We enjoyed it

"My husband and I have just returned from a holiday in Australia. While we were there we sampled different brands of tea left for our use in our rooms at the bed and breakfast establishments. Along with the other teas we tried the Dilmah tea and how we enjoyed it. My husband, in particular, is quite fussy about his favourite beverage and after tasting the Dilmah tea he wanted nothing else. As soon as we arrived at the next bed and breakfast places I had to search through the tea tray to find the Dilmah tea bags. By coincidence, upon arriving home in South Africa I received some free samples of three different types of Dilmah tea. We were thrilled to learn that it is available here, and in several different varieties. For sure you have won two more customers.

Thank you for the free samples."

Dear Sir

"we have just started using your brand of bulk leaf tea.

After many years of using other brands of leaf tea (we don’t use bags) we eventually became totally dissatisfied. Our cups were full of the tiniest leaf (I call it tea dust). Now using your tea, no more tiny tiny dust.

Thank you, now our tea looks and tastes as I remember it should.

We used to look in our cups at the leaves in the bottom and see the “visitors” who we jokingly said were coming that day. Now I can do the same again. The leaves are something like I remember they used to be and best of all we don’t have the top of the cup of tea absolutely covered with “tea dust”, and the flavour is most refreshing.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

JN, Australia.

Dear Dilmah Tea Team,

"I live in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. More importantly I regard myself as a private tea connoisseur. I love drinking tea, especially top quality tea.

I have been purchasing Dilmah brand tea on and off over many years now. I have known previously of the exceptional high standards and quality involved in the entire tea production from plant to cup. I am also aware that Dilmah holds the individual in high regard. I have also purchased many other brands of tea from those of well known to the less known brands, including brands that label the tea as 'Product of Sri Lanka'. Again this week I purchased my favorite tea, Earl Grey, but this time, Dilmah. I can honestly say that I have noticed a significant difference in taste and quality with Dilmah compared to the other brands I've been drinking from time to time. Dilmah has a much stronger, richer flavor of which the exceptional quality I'm enjoying to savor again. I do not drink coffee, only tea, and my wife jokingly claims that I keep more types of tea in our pantry that is stocked on the supermarket shelves! The truth is, I do!!! Each morning for years now I start the day off with a Chamomile tea- this one is always Dilmah. I have also tried several of the 'Exceptional' range and found the tea, well, exceptional!!! What more can I say! I can taste the quality of the tea and the flavors equally as well. After reading all the writing on the packs and the included flyer, I thoroughly checked out the Dilmah websites. It was with great joy that I navigated through all areas of the Dilmah website, especially the Foundation site. There are many ways that I could describe Dilmah and MJF Foundation, but just a few would be: Uncompromising in holding firm to their beliefs, Quality through and through, A holistic approach, Passionate desire and again, holding the individual in high regard, all encapsulated in an ethos hard to find anywhere in the business world. I see the organisation taking great strives to eradicate poverty, create a greater sense of equality, and especially improve the lives of children, our next generation. This is all close to my heart.

For many years I have been working with and for children, both in my occupation and in various volunteer capacities. I work part time in a Primary School in an Administrative role, where I also have a massive amount of interaction and input with the students. I am also a Compassion Australia Correspondent and sponsor two children through them as well. Over many years I have worked in Youth and Children's Ministry. The church that I am part of also supports an orphanage in Sri Lanka with a couple from our church working with them long term. We also support an orphanage in India and a number of mission activities in different parts of the world as well as in running care programs in our local community. Our pastor is from your country, he use to play rugby, as are many of the people in our church. I have recently been awarded a 3rd place in a global competition from the Khaled Hosseini Foundation in a 'Reader's Give Back' competition. This Foundation also works to better the lives of people, mainly children, in Afghanistan. The competition was based on how I gave back globally and in our local community though being inspired by Khaled Hosseini's books, 'The Kite Runner' and 'A Thousand Splendid Suns'.

I only make mention of all this to express my thoughts with another who believes in much of the same values and ideals and are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others in many ways.

I will definitely continue to buy Dilmah teas more regularly from now on. I will probably buy most of the marvellous varieties on-line as my local stores only stock a very limited range.

I am hoping that when I am able to visit your country that I may be able to tour some of your wonderful tea estates.

I thank you in appreciation for taking the time to read this communication.

I wish you all the very best in all your endeavors, always.

Kind Regards,

RG, Australia
